I made the purchase, which cost me a lot of money, and I still haven't received the product. I was deceived. How do you want me to give you a good rating?

I wanted to buy a 2nd hand ring and asked for a virtual appointment. I got a phone call from Wendy to ask what I wanted to know and she sent me a little video via WhatsApp so I could see the ring in more detail and hear more details about it. It needed to be resized, which took about a week; Wendy then called me to let me know it had been done and that the ring was being despatched. Excellent customer service and I would definitely recommend T H Baker.

Simple and easy to order, purchase and deliver. There should be an in-store collection option with no delivery charges.

Service from THBaker was very good. Choice of courier not so great as they don’t let you edit delivery info live (which meant a failed delivery and then having to come out of work to meet the driver)

The courier said for 2 days they were delivering and didn’t come until the 3rd day so sat in waiting for 3 days then when it came I put it on and the clasp broke very dissapointing

Sadly the overnight delivery service let you down as it didn’t arrive when scheduled after I waited in for it and then it was left with a neighbour the next day

The ring is just as seen in the photo and is lovely. It took a little while to be delivered but presumably because it needed to be resized and over Christmas New Year period. I definitely would use again when looking for antique jewellery.

I purchased a second hand ring but wasn't entirely pleased with it when it arrived. I contacted T H Baker who could not have been more helpful. I was offered an exchange or refund and chose to exchange for another ring. T H Baker were happy to send me additional photos of other rings to inform my choice. My replacement ring has now arrived and I am absolutely delighted with it.

The website is very good and the ring I chose was as expected and the receiver was delighted. It was excellent value and I still was given as discount. Prompt service by courier and was contacted to be told it was on it's way really pleased with this.
